Welcome! This is the home page for the Fragmalyzer Classic, the extendable code fragment browser and editor. The Fragmalyzer is a development tool for examining all manner of code fragments. These include:
- native (PowerPC) or fat applications
- shared libraries
- custom plug-in modules (including spell checkers, converters, filters, external commands...)
- native, accelerated, and fat code resources
- fragments in any running process (active context)
- 68k-CFM fragments
The Fragmalyzer Classic is shareware; the cost for individual users is $25 (US). The easiest way to pay is over the web. Site and world licenses for The Fragmalyzer Classic are also available. When registering, please be sure to include a correct email address, or I won't be able to send you your registration number. Send me email if you have not received your serial number within five (5) days.
Distribution: The Fragmalyzer Classic (version 1.5.2 and later only) may be distributed at freely accessible download sites on the Internet. Macintosh periodicals including MacWorld, MacAddict, and their international cousins, may distribute The Fragmalyzer Classic 1.5.2 on promotional CDs bundled with their magazines if and only if they send me a complimentary copy of the magazine issue and CD (get current mailing address).
